APO Arts Academy are proud to announce that a formal auspice arrangement with Swinburne University of Technology is now in place for 2012 students. This new development means that all students enrolled in APO full-time courses during 2012 are also enrolled in accredited and Austudy approved courses through the Swinburne University of Technology.
Established in 1987 by Pamela and Chris Apostolidis, the APO Arts Academy offers world-class dance, dramatic arts and musical theatre training for performers pursuing full-time careers in those disciplines. Over the past 20 years, the Academy has built an enviable reputation for developing raw talent and enabling students to reach their artistic potential by employing recognised industry professionals as instructors, structuring its courses to achieve professional industry standards, and providing state-of-the-art facilities.
Courses on offer include an Associate and Advanced Associate in Musical Theatre, Advanced Associate in Fine Arts (Dance Performance), Advanced Associate in Dance (Classical Ballet), Associate in Applied Dance (Techniques & Performance) and a Dramatic Art Foundation Program.
